Gumband is seeking a Project Manager for a 4-month contract. Gumband provides a powerful platform for creating and managing experiences that benefits developers and operators alike. We’re creating a new category in an emerging global marketplace, and you’ll have access to expertise in interactive experience development for some of the world’s top brands, including Google, Nike, Meta, TikTok, and more. These brands currently struggle to create and track impact from complex activations; Gumband helps them build better real-world experiences—and transform physical spaces into fully measurable marketing assets. In this role, you’ll focus on writing briefs, developing pitches, scoping proposals, and ensuring smooth project management (budgets, schedules, client communications, and contract details). 

Responsibilities

  • Develop pitches, creative briefs, and proposals in collaboration with business development teams
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, escalating issues or risks early
  • Support contract negotiations to align with business objectives and ensure mutual success
  • Manage client communications, including meeting agendas, notes, and post-meeting recaps
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, product, engineering) to ensure deliverables meet budget, schedule, and creative intent
  • Set up and maintain projects in internal tracking tools (e.g., Notion, Google Docs, Jira)
  • Lead internal stand-ups to review task progress and timelines

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing producer or project manager role (SaaS environment preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to write compelling briefs and pitches for new business opportunities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders
  • General understanding of technology products/services; familiarity with experiential production and/or SaaS platforms is a plus
  • Proven resilience under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Motivated to learn quickly and take initiative in an emerging market

Location, Duration, & Pay

  • This is a 4-month contract position.
  • Open to remote candidates within the United States.
  • The hourly rate for this position at the time of this posting may range from $29.00 to $67.00.  Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
